INTAR SEATING primarily focuses on B2B operations. We mainly engage in wholesale trade, we nearly do not engage in retail trade. We provide services to business partners and regular clients, for whom terms and conditions of trade are agreed on one-to-one basis.
Our product range can be viewed in the Online Configurator. This tool allows you to configure a product and then order it directly from the configurator or by email.
We offer discounts to our regular clients and partners. After logging in to the client panel, the regular price and the price after discount are shown.
The terms and conditions set out below apply to orders placed both via the website and directly with our sales department.

All prices are quoted net (VAT not included).
You can pay for our products in EUR. The rates in EUR are converted into PLN at the selling rate of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) as at the date of the stock issue confirmation (SIC).
If the list prices are adjusted, the binding price is the one quoted on the client’s order form, provided the goods are collected within a maximum of 30 days from the order date and/or in accordance with the supplier's order confirmation.
The minimum order value is PLN 500 net.
The majority of our products are made to order.
Depending on the product, lead times may vary from 30 to 120 days.
Longer lead times may apply to orders for non-standard products and products sold in large quantities.

Orders amounting to PLN 3,000 net at minimum calculated at prices before the application of trade discounts are delivered to the buyer at the seller’s cost.
Orders below PLN 3,000 net are shipped at actual costs incurred.

Transport costs are quoted NET (VAT not included) and are not subject to discounts.
In the case of continuous cooperation, delivery terms are agreed individually.

The seller decides about the means of transport to be used.
It is also possible for the client to order the transport on their own.
Depending on the product range, each product is packed individually or several pieces are packed in one cardboard box.
Chairs on gas cylinders, beam seating units and some other products are packed in cardboard boxes in components for assembly. Armrests are always mounted on the chairs.
Regardless of the order amount, additional transport costs are charged for the dispatch of fully assembled chairs on gas cylinders. Such costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
The products are covered by a guarantee for a minimum period of 2 years from the purchase date.

We give our partners access to a dedicated website with a non-generic address: www.off-is.pl.
On the website, you can find all our products, including those that are not available for sale to the general public. The prices and configurations are the same as those shown on INTAR SEATING product website.
The client can choose the models they want to display. It can be either one model or all models. They can also choose the price level to be shown in the configurator. If a configuration or set of configurations is prepared specifically for a partner, we can upload such configuration on the website. It will only be available to that partner.
A partner logo may also appear on the website.
